We recommend using bubble wrap in case of any trouble while in transit. Only send your device by registered post with signature on delivery. 1. All devices carry a minimum inspection fee of $20 non-refundable, inspection fee only applies if the device is beyond repair. Life Mobile will provide 90 days warranty for the repaired parts only. We strictly do not cover any warranty on any physical and/or liquid damaged devices, we take no responsibility for any arising issues.


2. It is the customer responsibility to back up any personal information such as contacts, pictures, messages etc...


3. Any device repair will void manufacturer's warranty.


4. Life Mobile takes every precautions to minimise cosmetic damage during repairs, however in some cases it is unavoidable and will not be compensated in any form.


5. We do not offer refund if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.


6. All repaired devices are checked closely before posting, and are always sent via registered post with signature on delivery which includes a tracking number. We are not responsible for any damage or loss caused in transit.
